The penthouse itself was excellent—clean, modern, and spacious enough that everyone had room without feeling on top of each other, balcony was a great hangout in the morning and evenings, and overall very comfortable and well-maintained. Some exterior maintenance was underway and needed, including paint touch-ups and cleaning environmental weathering on the buildings. The beach was very nice with soft white sand and clear blue water. Minor drawbacks were the hot tubs being out of service and having to walk the beach scanning for unclaimed chairs or umbrellas, as there weren’t enough available for everyone. Nothing was within easy walking distance for groceries or food, but it was very quiet, which is the trade-off. Some of the concierge services were overpriced for what you got. Overall, it was a great vacation.

This was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The beach was amazing, the condo was perfect, and the poll was a dream for my 7 year old. The host was very accommodating, and the security staff at the property was beyond awesome (one of them even took out my trash for me!). We would definitely visit again

We stayed at Buena Vida Homes at playa carmen for 2 weeks in February 2024 it’s was anazing we’re do i start it was the first time we have ever been to a villa always done all inclusive but I am tired of that i want to be able to please myself on what I eat so here goes from the moment we walked through the door it was perfect all brand new and luxury I felt privileged to be there Monica and Yasmin were amazing answering any questions I had it’s was in a great location beach on your doorstep we walked along that everyday for hours . The 5 avenue is about 20 minutes walk away which we did most evening to eat at a different restaurant every night so great location too I will definitely come back again already booking for November but I would do a big shop next time and eat more in the apartment as it was fully stock so you are able to you definitely will not be disappointed with this property as I am very fussy and have high standards and I could not fault it one bit I give it 5 stars .
