Terms and Conditions for Affiliates

Welcome to VacationRentals.website! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.

Our rental platform is used by vacation rental agencies (property managers) who are willing to pay a commission on the affiliate program.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as the rental platform ("we", "our" or "rental platform") and an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to use the product or service from the rental platform.

By participating in the Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified herein, and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
We are checking referral links.
Placing our ads is prohibited on sites with content such as: adult, violence, hate, drugs, illegal, etc.
Accounts that place our ads on such sites will be blocked.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

The affiliate link and/or search form is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific property. If a person clicks on someone else's referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

If a customer both clicks on an affiliate link and usea a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.

Affiliate may advertise our website on online channels such as: their own website or blog, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube...

3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, and you will earn a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on the Base rent not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost,...).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you must specify the payment details in Settings.

If a visitor goes to our platform and books a vacation, pays, and completes his stay, then at the time of departure, the affiliate reward will become available for payout to you.

Cancelled bookings are excluded from the commission calculation.

The rental agencies make payments monthly to partners' PayPal accounts.

4. Marketing tool

We have promotional materials such as an ad block with a search form and some properties, or links to any page/property on our site.

You can download the media or obtain the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.

5. The second level of the affiliate program

Affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If your website is dedicated to ways to earn money on the Internet, programming, website design, etc. and other bloggers, webmasters, and site owners come to you. you can earn money from them by advertising our affiliate program.

To invite other affiliates into the system, share our parent affiliate link, and any affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become a downline affiliate.

6. Cookie

We use cookies to track users who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies, we cannot read them and cannot pay earnings on their activity

The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate's link. Within the cookie time (one year), every booking made by this customer on our website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate.

7. Removal from Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting us.
